With resistance to double 85ยฐC high temperature and humidity, and capable of withstanding extreme hot and cold cycles from -40ยฐC to 80ยฐC, ZDS-3658 provides exceptional stability for challenging environments. It can further endure boiling water immersion for up to 48 hours. The adhesive is compliant with EU ROSH certification, ensuring safe and environmentally friendly use in various electronic applications. ZDS-3658 has a viscosity of 13,000ยฑ2,000 cps, making it ideal for a wide range of applications where precise placement is required. It cures under 880mj 2KW medium pressure mercury lamp, providing convenience and speed in manufacturing processes. The high shore hardness value of 85D ensures solid, long-lasting bonds.
