ZDS-271 is a premium high-strength, low-viscosity acrylic threadlocker designed for permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners up to M36 size. This red threadlocker provides exceptional mechanical strength and vibration resistance, ensuring fasteners stay tight even under extreme operating conditions. Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, ZDS-271 prevents loosening and leakage caused by shock and vibration, effectively extending the service life of assembled components.
With a viscosity range of 400-600cps, ZDS-271 enables easy application without dripping, quickly penetrating threads for maximum contact and curing. It cures fully in 24 hours at room temperature when used in conjunction with recommended activators (7649 or 7471) for enhanced performance on passive metals. The product functions efficiently at temperatures between -54°C and 150°C, making it highly reliable for challenging industrial environments where durability is critical.
