ZDS-3311H is a high-performance UV-curing adhesive designed specifically for bonding polystyrene (PS) to polyvinyl chloride (PVC), featuring a thickened formulation for enhanced strength and longevity. It appears as a transparent or slightly yellowish liquid, making it virtually invisible in assembled components for a clean, professional finish. With a viscosity of 2100 cps, the adhesive provides excellent gap-filling properties and is easy to dispense, ensuring smooth, uniform coverage on diverse substrates. Cured to a hardness of 55A, ZDS-3311H offers a balanced combination of flexibility and durability, making it ideal for dynamic assemblies. The adhesive cures rapidly under 50W LED light (365/395nm) at an energy exposure of 500mj, supporting efficient production lines and high-throughput applications.
